12月13日，沈阳综合保税区近海园区，4辆载有价值约1300万元日用百货、电子产品的卡车完成集货，首发启航。这标志着“中欧卡车航班”在近海园区正式开通，近海园区通过跨境公路运输进出口货物业务正式开通。
